Local and national actors received 4.4 per cent of Grand Bargain signatories' total funding in 2023, against a commitment of at least 25 per cent (Development Initiatives, 2024). Many local nonprofits sit closest to vulnerable communities. Many of them chase that money without proposal writers, grants officers, MEAL or budget specialists. Their remaining staff run services and write proposals in the same week. Few can pay a consultant for every proposal, budget and report. Field data sits in notebooks and inboxes, so every document starts from a blank page. Each department keeps its own version of a project, and donors receive conflicting figures from one organisation. No current system takes a small team from field data through every donor document and report under one message.
The UiNform App serves one nonprofit, working remotely from its own country of operation. Four of its teams use it: leadership, programmes, fundraising and communications. About 24,000 people in the communities served by its 48 planned projects benefit indirectly. That figure rests on an estimate of 500 people per project, which the organisation will verify from its own reports. From 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027, its teams enter field data once in a UiNform Transform workspace. UiNform guides them through Fill, Fine-tune, Finalize for every product, from concept note to final report. A built-in reviewer and a human support team stand behind them. Every document draws on one profile and one set of figures. By 31 October 2027, at least 40 projects carry complete, consistent document sets with no consultant paid. By the same date, 100 percent of programme colleagues have learned the method by doing it. The request is USD 1,669, the fixed yearly price of the workspace (EUR 1,490), or about USD 35 per project.
