What is UiNform?
UiNform is built to be the bridge that carries your message from the people you serve to the donors who fund you. You listen closely to the communities you work with, you put what you heard into the guided forms in your UiNform workspace, and UiNform turns it into donor-ready documents: concept notes, logical frameworks, work plans, budgets, risk registers, monitoring and evaluation plans, full proposals and the reports that follow
Who is it for?
Nonprofits and other organisations, for their own work. It is not offered to private individuals
How do I start?
Sign up with your email and create your organisation. Your 14 days begin, with 2 projects and no card. Your work is kept when it ends

Which documents can UiNform write?
Concept: Concept Note, Letter of Inquiry, Project Brief. Design: Logical Framework, Work Plan, Monitoring & Evaluation Plan, Risk Register, Project Budget. Proposal: Full Project Proposal, Theory of Change, Expression of Interest. Reporting: Inception Report, Periodic Reports, Midterm Report, Final Report. And your Track Record
How long does a document take?
Minutes. The sample Concept Note on this site was written in 3 minutes 13 seconds
Does it invent facts or figures?
Its rules hold it to what you told us: it should not invent a figure, a place or a commitment, and it names the source of any evidence it cites, with a link. AI can still be wrong, so read every document and check the figures before you send it
Can I change what it writes?
Yes. You fine-tune any part, or nothing at all, and UiNform tells you when it found something only you can settle
How do I get my documents?
As Word or PDF, in your colours and with your logo
Your data
Is my data used to train AI?
Never. Not by us, and not by the AI company that writes your documents
Where is my data stored?
In Ireland, in the European Union, and our backups stay in the EU too
Can the UiNform team see our work?
Sometimes someone on our small team looks at a workspace to see how UiNform could serve you better. They can only look, it ends by itself within an hour, and it is recorded
Can we take our work with us?
Yes, at any time. An owner can download every document, every file and all your data from the Team page
Plans and billing
What does the free trial include?
14 days, 2 projects, every concept, design and proposal document (the Theory of Change included), each written up to twice. Report Management comes with a plan
What counts as a project?
A project counts from its first document until you archive it, which takes one press. A project with no activity for 6 months is archived for you
Do prices include VAT?
No. Organisations in the Netherlands, and in the EU without a VAT number, pay 21% Dutch VAT on top. With a valid EU VAT number, or outside the EU, you pay no Dutch VAT
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the Billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and payments already made are not refunded
Is there a discount for refugee-led nonprofits?
Yes, 30% off. Write to support@uinform.app
Your team
How many people can use it?
As many as your organisation needs, on both plans
Who can do what?
Members do all the work. Owners also invite and remove people, change roles, take the export and choose the plan
How quickly do you answer?
We reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, Amsterdam time, at support@uinform.app. A deadline close? Put “Urgent” in the subject and we look at it first
